Lynette is passionate about welcoming people to the Seacoast area—a place she proudly calls the best on earth! As a lifelong resident who was born and raised here, she offers a truly local perspective and a deep understanding of the region's unique charm and character.

A licensed Realtor® in both New Hampshire and Maine, Lynette brings over a decade of hands-on property management experience, including expertise in both lakefront and tidal waterfront properties. Her professional background also includes years in marketing management and strategic sourcing, having worked with a community credit union and several building product manufacturers. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her personalized, customer-first approach and meticulous attention to detail.

Since 2017, Lynette has consistently earned Bean Group's Bronze Circle or Silver Circle Award, recognizing agents with annual sales between $3 million and $8 million. Her successful transactions span New Hampshire and Maine, including Strafford, Rockingham, and York counties—and beyond. In 2022, she was honored to be named Realtor of the Year by the Strafford County Board of Realtors.

Lynette is also deeply involved in the community. She served for six years as a Director on the Strafford County Board of Realtors and chaired the Board's Education Committee for two of those years. She actively supports several charitable organizations throughout the Seacoast region. Outside of real estate, Lynette enjoys photography and landscape design. Known by her family as the “problem solver,” she looks forward to putting her skills, knowledge, and dedication to work in helping you achieve your homeownership goals.
