Understanding Three Components
An important clarification: the eXp cap, your team commission split, and team leads are completely separate. They go to different places and serve different purposes.
eXp Cap (Brokerage Fee)
Paid to eXp Realty as your brokerage. Solo agents pay $16,000. As a Bean Group Team member, you pay only $4,000.

Team Leads
Team Leads are included in the Team Commission Split for Associates and Senior Associates. Team Leads are optional for Partners and Senior Partners and are subject to the Team Lead Referral Fee of 25% to Partners and 30% for Senior Partners. Team Leads are 35% for eXp Solo agents.
