That is a statewide figure covering all ten counties, so individual towns vary widely around it — Seacoast and Rockingham County towns typically price above the state median, while the North Country and parts of Coos County price well below. Single-family homes that sold in New Hampshire in July 2026 spent an average of 23 days on market before an accepted offer, +9.5% year over year. That clock measures list date to accepted offer; add roughly another 30 to 45 days for a financed buyer to reach the closing table.
