Donald Pilon

Donald Pilon brings a perspective to real estate shaped by years of public service in Southern Maine. He served four terms in the Maine House of Representatives and later as Mayor of Saco, where he worked on economic development, inter-municipal collaboration, and supporting local business growth. That experience gave him a grounded understanding of how communities work — the infrastructure decisions that shape neighborhoods, the economic forces that affect property values, and the local relationships that make towns function. As a real estate broker with Bean Group, brokered by eXp Realty, Donald works with buyers and sellers throughout Southern Maine. His background in municipal government means he knows the region's market from multiple angles — not just as an agent, but as someone who has spent years in conversations about planning, zoning, development, and what makes a community viable over the long term. Donald is also the founder and president of the Maine Youth Golf Foundation, a member of the Biddeford-Saco Chamber of Commerce, and a certified emergency manager for the state. He's based in Saco and serves buyers and sellers across the Southern Maine region.
