It depends on price point, condition, and season, but in a healthy market most well-prepared homes go under contract within 14–45 days. Your agent will give you a market-specific timeline backed by recent comparable sales in your town.

Should I make repairs or improvements before listing?

Accepted Answer

Not always. We do a free pre-listing walk-through to identify the changes that actually move the needle (paint, lighting, decluttering, minor cosmetic fixes) versus the ones buyers won't pay extra for. The goal is maximum return on the smallest investment of your time and money.
