About the role
The Lakes Region blends year-round residents with second-home and waterfront buyers. We are looking for experienced agents who understand waterfront valuation, shorefront frontage, and seasonal market timing.
What you'll do
- Represent waterfront and year-round buyers and sellers
- Advise clients on shorefront, access, and seasonal considerations
- Build relationships with out-of-state second-home buyers
What we're looking for
- Active NH real estate license
- Experience with waterfront or seasonal property transactions preferred
- Self-directed business development
