About the role

The Lakes Region blends year-round residents with second-home and waterfront buyers. We are looking for experienced agents who understand waterfront valuation, shorefront frontage, and seasonal market timing.

What you'll do

  • Represent waterfront and year-round buyers and sellers
  • Advise clients on shorefront, access, and seasonal considerations
  • Build relationships with out-of-state second-home buyers

What we're looking for

  • Active NH real estate license
  • Experience with waterfront or seasonal property transactions preferred
  • Self-directed business development
