About the role

Bean Group's team headquarters sits in Portsmouth. We are adding experienced agents to serve the Seacoast's coastal, downtown, and relocation-driven buyer segments.

What you'll do

  • Serve buyers and sellers across the Seacoast region
  • Develop referral relationships with relocating buyers
  • Host open houses and coastal property showings
  • Partner with the listing team on premium property marketing

What we're looking for

  • Active NH real estate license
  • Working knowledge of Seacoast towns and coastal property considerations
  • Track record of closed transactions
