About the role
The Upper Valley draws relocating physicians, faculty, and second-home buyers. We are seeking experienced agents who can serve a sophisticated, relocation-heavy clientele.
What you'll do
- Serve relocating professionals and local sellers
- Coordinate with out-of-area referral partners
- Advise on Upper Valley and Sunapee-area submarkets
What we're looking for
- Active NH real estate license
- Experience serving relocation clients preferred
- Closed transactions in the last 24 months
