The Upper Valley draws relocating physicians, faculty, and second-home buyers. We are seeking experienced agents who can serve a sophisticated, relocation-heavy clientele.

What you'll do

  • Serve relocating professionals and local sellers
  • Coordinate with out-of-area referral partners
  • Advise on Upper Valley and Sunapee-area submarkets

What we're looking for

  • Active NH real estate license
  • Experience serving relocation clients preferred
  • Closed transactions in the last 24 months
