Martin Patrizi

Martin Patrizi brings experience from both the trades and real estate to his work with buyers and sellers throughout New Hampshire. Before becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2007, he spent years working in construction—a background that gives him a practical understanding of homes and what makes them work. He is also president of The Right Hammer, a home renovation contractor based in Strafford that specializes in kitchen and bath remodeling. That dual perspective—knowing how homes are built and how they're bought and sold—shapes the way he approaches transactions, whether he's helping a buyer evaluate a property or working with a seller to position a home for the market. Martin works with buyers and sellers across New Hampshire, with particular focus on waterfront properties and communities throughout the Seacoast and Lakes Region. He understands that every transaction involves real decisions—about timing, value, and what comes next—and he brings a straightforward, grounded approach to each one. He attended the University of Southern Maine and is based in Strafford, New Hampshire.
