About the role
Bean Group, brokered by eXp Realty, is actively hiring experienced, licensed agents across Southern New Hampshire. This is our fastest-moving market and where we are investing the most in agent support, lead flow, and marketing. You bring the license and the track record; we bring the platform, the brand, and the brokerage support.
What you'll do
- Guide buyers and sellers through the full transaction lifecycle
- Build and nurture a local sphere across Southern NH towns
- Run listing appointments using the Bean Group seller platform
- Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and referrals
- Collaborate with the team on marketing and open houses
What we're looking for
- Active New Hampshire real estate license (or ability to obtain)
- At least one year of production or comparable sales experience
- Familiarity with Southern NH towns and commuter market dynamics
- Professional, responsive communication with clients and peers
