Southern New Hampshire Sales (Agents) Full-time agent

About the role

Bean Group, brokered by eXp Realty, is actively hiring experienced, licensed agents across Southern New Hampshire. This is our fastest-moving market and where we are investing the most in agent support, lead flow, and marketing. You bring the license and the track record; we bring the platform, the brand, and the brokerage support.

What you'll do

  • Guide buyers and sellers through the full transaction lifecycle
  • Build and nurture a local sphere across Southern NH towns
  • Run listing appointments using the Bean Group seller platform
  • Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and referrals
  • Collaborate with the team on marketing and open houses

What we're looking for

  • Active New Hampshire real estate license (or ability to obtain)
  • At least one year of production or comparable sales experience
  • Familiarity with Southern NH towns and commuter market dynamics
  • Professional, responsive communication with clients and peers
