However it's smaller, closer to the neighbor, and rises high above the creek. There's a beautiful view, but you wouldn't be able to walk down to the water from this side, the canyon walls are just too steep. This would make a peaceful retreat for personal use, or an interesting spot for a Hipcamp investment to get your foot in the door of the short-term rental market. It may also be possible to build a home here, though no background research has been done. Newfane is about 30 minutes each from Mt. Snow and Stratton.
