Carol Chaffee

Carol Chaffee has been helping buyers and sellers across Western Maine and New Hampshire for more than a decade. She came to real estate from an operations role, having worked as a real estate office manager for over 12 years before moving into sales herself — experience that gave her a ground-level understanding of how transactions actually come together and what makes a smooth closing possible. Originally from the Catskill Mountains of New York, Carol grew up in a family-owned hospitality business and later worked for a local Chamber of Commerce after relocating to Maine. Those years of connecting people with resources and building relationships in the community carried over naturally into real estate, where the work is as much about listening and problem-solving as it is about contracts and closings. Carol works primarily with buyers and sellers in the Lakes and Mountains region of Western Maine and New Hampshire, including Fryeburg, Bridgton, Lovell, and the Mount Washington Valley. She understands what draws people to the area — lake access, mountain views, proximity to year-round recreation — and what it takes to help them find a home that fits, or position a property to sell in a market that can shift with the seasons. She is based in Fryeburg and licensed in both Maine and New Hampshire.
