Christopher Hawes

Christopher Hawes has been helping buyers and sellers across York County, Maine since obtaining his real estate license in 2017. A native of the area, he brings a background in construction and two decades of experience in sales — work that taught him how to listen, follow through, and build relationships with people who come back year after year. Before real estate, Chris spent his younger years working in construction and later sold powersports throughout Southern Maine and New Hampshire. He designed and served as General Contractor on his own log home, a project that deepened his understanding of what goes into a property and what to look for when something is built right — or when it isn't. Chris works with buyers navigating their first purchase, sellers looking to move on from a home they've lived in for years, and families trying to figure out what makes sense for the next chapter. He focuses on making the process clear and manageable, whether that means walking a property with an eye for details others might miss or helping clients think through decisions without the pressure. He is based in Saco and serves buyers and sellers throughout York County and the surrounding areas.
