Darlene Ellis

Darlene Ellis has been working in real estate since 1980, when she began her career with American Invesco in Chicago. Over the next four decades, she built experience across nearly every facet of the business — buying, selling, managing, renovating, and developing properties from residential and investment homes to a 10,000 square foot commercial building at Pease Tradeport. She co-founded a technology business in 1982 and served as VP of Finance for New England Computer Brokers, Inc. for 27 years, bringing financial acumen and negotiation experience to her real estate practice. Darlene settled on the New Hampshire Seacoast in 1987 and has been serving buyers and sellers in the region ever since. She holds licenses in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Florida, and is an Accredited Home Stager — a skill she brings to listings that need staging guidance or a fresh perspective before going to market. Her background spans residential sales, investment properties, property management, 1031 exchanges, and renovation projects. She works with buyers looking for primary residences or vacation homes near the coast, sellers preparing properties in competitive Seacoast markets, and investors building portfolios in New Hampshire and beyond. Her approach is grounded in the practical experience that comes from having been on all sides of real estate transactions — as an agent, investor, developer, and finance executive. Darlene is based in the Portsmouth area and serves clients throughout the New Hampshire Seacoast, including Hampton, North Hampton, Rye, Hampton Falls, Seabrook Beach, Exeter, and surrounding communities.
