Holly Stickney

Holly Stickney works with buyers and sellers throughout Maine, with a focus on Southern Maine's coastal communities and the Greater Portland area. She serves clients through Bean Group, one of the region's established independent brokerages, now operating as part of eXp Realty. Holly came to real estate after living in several states, but she has always considered Maine home. That perspective shows up in how she works — helping buyers who are relocating understand what makes different Maine communities distinct, and guiding sellers through a process that can feel more personal when you're leaving a place you've been rooted for years. She has worked with buyers and sellers in Brunswick, Scarborough, Wells, Georgetown, and towns along the Midcoast and Southern Maine coast. She has been involved with Habitat for Humanity builds and fundraising events, and has organized volunteer efforts supporting meal services for people experiencing homelessness.
