Rhonda Haley

Rhonda Haley has been helping buyers and sellers across Massachusetts and New Hampshire since becoming a licensed Realtor in 2005. Before entering real estate, she earned her degree from Johnson & Wales University and spent five years managing hotel properties and conference centers in New York, work that taught her how to navigate complex transactions and manage the details that matter when people are making significant decisions. In 1997, Rhonda returned to New England to raise her family. During those years, she and her husband owned and managed multi-family investment properties in Massachusetts — experience that gave her a working understanding of what buyers look at when they're evaluating income potential, maintenance realities, and long-term value. That hands-on perspective carried over when she joined Bean Group in 2005. Rhonda works with first-time buyers trying to make sense of the process, families selling a home they've lived in for years, and investors looking at multi-family or residential property. She serves clients throughout Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts, handling transactions that range from single-family homes to higher-end properties in the Lakes Region. She is based in New Hampshire and works throughout the Massachusetts and New Hampshire markets where Bean Group operates.
