Originally from Long Island, he moved to Vermont to attend the University of Vermont, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Policy and Land-Use Planning. Before entering real estate, he worked in business development for a financial services firm in New York, where he built a foundation in client service and marketing that carries through to how he works with clients today. Seth works primarily in the Upper Valley and Central Vermont — an area that includes everything from first-time buyers looking in Hartford or Quechee to families searching for land in Brookfield or Fairlee, and sellers navigating the specifics of waterfront, historic, or investment properties.
