Manchester and the towns around it, along the Merrimack River where I-93, I-293 and Route 101 meet.

Understanding the area
Manchester is New Hampshire's largest city, set on the Merrimack River around the Amoskeag millyard, with downtown running along Elm Street.
The market extends from the towns immediately around the city — Bedford, Goffstown, Hooksett and Auburn — out to Candia, Deerfield, Dunbarton, New Boston and Weare.
The Merrimack River runs north to south through the market, with Manchester on both banks and Hooksett upstream. The Piscataquog River joins it from the west after passing Goffstown and New Boston. Lake Massabesic lies east of the city, in Auburn and Manchester.
The Amoskeag millyard lines the river through downtown Manchester. Lake Massabesic and the Piscataquog River corridor are the largest water features in the market, and Pawtuckaway State Park sits just beyond its eastern edge near Deerfield.
Interstate 93 runs along the eastern side of Manchester and Interstate 293 loops the city to the west. Route 101 crosses the market east to west, and Route 3 follows the river through Hooksett. Manchester-Boston Regional Airport is at the southern edge of the city.
