Andrew Werry brings a unique combination of real estate operations expertise and industry infrastructure knowledge to his work with buyers and sellers across New Hampshire. Before joining Bean Group as an agent, he served as Chief Operating Officer of the brokerage and, prior to that, as Chief Executive Officer of the Northern New England Real Estate Network, a multiple listing service serving New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and Massachusetts. That background gives him a perspective most agents don't have — an understanding of how markets function at a systems level, how data flows through transactions, and what tools actually make a difference when timing and execution matter. He's seen real estate from the inside out, and he applies that to the day-to-day work of helping people buy and sell homes.
