John Carroll

John Carroll has been helping people buy and sell homes in Southern Maine for two decades. He earned his real estate license in 2004 and received the Rookie of the Year award from Agency 1 Real Estate in 2005. In 2006, he joined Team Harmon, later becoming part of Team Harmon & Carroll — a sales team specializing in single-family homes and condominiums across the Greater Portland market and Southern Maine. Before real estate, John worked in the ski industry and construction, and spent time as a Registered Maine Guide leading multi-day sea kayak trips along the coast. He hiked the entire Appalachian Trail in 2001. That background — working outdoors, understanding how places are built, guiding people through unfamiliar territory — carries through to how he approaches a transaction today. John works with buyers navigating Southern Maine's competitive market and sellers who want straightforward guidance on pricing, timing, and positioning their home.
