Linda Moreau

Linda Moreau brings a background in international business and marketing to her real estate practice in New Hampshire. Originally from the Montreal area, she graduated from the University of Quebec with a degree in Marketing and a specialization in International Transportation. Before entering real estate, she built and ran Moreau Logistics, which she later merged into Milgram & Co., where she provided freight brokerage services for more than 15 years. She moved to Bedford, NH in 2011 and joined Bean Group in 2014. Linda holds the Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) designation and incorporates staging into her approach for seller clients. Fluent in both English and French, she works with clients who prefer to conduct their transactions in either language. Her earlier career in operations and negotiation informs how she structures deals and manages the logistics of a transaction from contract to close. Linda works with buyers and sellers throughout Southern New Hampshire and the Seacoast. She understands the practical challenges that come with relocating to a new area — whether that means finding the right neighborhood, coordinating a move from out of state, or navigating an unfamiliar market. Her clients include first-time buyers, families moving from other regions, and sellers looking for a strategic approach to preparing and marketing their home. She is based in Bedford and serves buyers and sellers across Southern New Hampshire and the Seacoast region.
