Tom Bonenfant has been helping people buy and sell homes across New Hampshire and Maine since 2007. As an Associate Broker with Bean Group, he represents buyers and sellers throughout the New Hampshire Seacoast — from Portsmouth and Rye to Hampton and North Hampton — and into southern Maine's coastal communities, including Kittery and York. After studying Business Administration at the University of Maine, Tom brought a background in construction and sales to real estate, building a practice grounded in contract negotiation and a consultative approach. In 2021, he earned Bean Group's Silver Circle recognition for his production that year. Tom works with clients navigating a wide range of transactions — oceanfront homes, vacation properties in the mountains, investment properties, and primary residences. Whether someone is buying their first home on the Seacoast or selling a property they've owned for years, he focuses on understanding what matters to them and helping them move through the process with clarity. He is based in Portsmouth, NH, and serves buyers and sellers throughout the Seacoast region of New Hampshire and southern Maine.
