Amy Hill

Amy Hill has been helping people buy and sell homes in Vermont since completing her real estate coursework in 2010. Before moving into real estate, she spent ten years working as a Student Affairs professional, most recently at the University of Maryland, College Park. After relocating to Vermont in 2005 and starting her family, she built a real estate practice grounded in the skills she brought from that earlier chapter — listening carefully, solving problems as they come up, and keeping track of the details that matter. She is a member of the Vermont Association of Realtors and has served her community as a School Director for the Weathersfield School Board and Chair of the Board of Directors for the Springfield Area Parent Child Center. Her degrees from Bucknell University and Ohio State University provided the foundation, but it's her work in the field — navigating VA loans, FHA 203K renovation loans, and the challenges of a pandemic-era market — that shaped how she approaches transactions today. Amy works with buyers and sellers throughout Vermont and New Hampshire, from first-time purchasers trying to figure out what they actually need to families selling a home they've been in for years. She lives in Weathersfield with her family and knows the Upper Valley, Springfield area, and surrounding communities from years of living and working here. She is based in Weathersfield, Vermont, and serves buyers and sellers across the state and into New Hampshire.
