Daniel Petrone

Daniel Petrone has been helping buyers and sellers in the Monadnock Region since 2019, when he moved from New Jersey and joined Bean Group. He came to New Hampshire after working in real estate in New Jersey, drawn to the region he had visited for years. With a background in sales and a degree in Acting from Montclair State University, he built the Petrone Real Estate Group, serving clients across Southern New Hampshire. His team operates under the Petrone Real Estate name within Bean Group's platform at eXp Realty, giving him access to the tools and support of a national brokerage while maintaining the local presence that matters in the Monadnock Region. The group focuses on serving buyers and sellers throughout Southern New Hampshire, from first-time homebuyers to investors navigating the market. Daniel works with people who want someone who understands the transaction from both sides — the buyer trying to find the right property, the seller looking to move on to what's next, and the families in between who need someone to walk them through the details without the oversell. His approach comes from listening to what people actually need and helping them get there. He is based in Peterborough and serves buyers and sellers throughout the Monadnock Region and Southern New Hampshire.
