Janna Syrene

Janna Syrene has been helping people buy and sell homes along the Maine seacoast since 2009. She is the founder of Team Syrene, a brokerage she built with her husband John that now serves buyers and sellers throughout Southern Maine, coastal New Hampshire, and Northern Vermont through Bean Group at eXp Realty. Licensed in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont, she holds a Broker's license and leads a support team that includes several associate brokers who work exclusively with her clients. Janna came to real estate from a background that gave her a different lens on what matters to people making big decisions. She spent 25 years as an international flight attendant before owning a mortgage company with her husband, which gave them both a working knowledge of how financing shapes what's possible in a transaction. Since entering real estate in 2009, she has been named Bean Group's Top Listing Agent and Top Buyer Agent in Maine since 2010, and represents Luxury Portfolio International as part of Bean Group's Platinum Circle. Her orientation is toward the people in the transaction — whether that's a buyer relocating from out of state, a seller preparing a property that's been rented for years, or someone navigating a seasonal-home purchase in York County. Clients describe her as someone who listens first, then provides strategic guidance on pricing, preparation, and timing without insisting on a particular course of action. She serves buyers and sellers in towns from Kittery to the Kennebunks and throughout York County. She is based in York County, Maine, and operates Team Syrene with offices in York, Maine and Stowe, Vermont.
