John Harmon II

John Harmon II has been working in Maine real estate since 1996. He co-founded Team Harmon with his father that same year as part of Agency 1 Real Estate, working together until 2002 when John took over as designated broker and owner. In 2010, he led the merger of his firm into what became Bean Group at eXp Realty, bringing the team into one of New England's most established brokerages while maintaining the local identity and relationships they had built over the years. Today, John serves as designated broker of Team Harmon & Carroll, a group that includes five agents serving buyers and sellers throughout the Southern Maine market. The team operates within Bean Group's platform at eXp Realty, which gives agents access to broader tools and support while keeping the focus on the local communities they know well. John works with buyers navigating their first purchase, sellers with long ties to a property, and families thinking through what comes next in a market they've watched shift over time. His approach is rooted in the relationships and local knowledge that come from working the same region for nearly three decades. He is based in the Greater Portland area and serves clients across Southern Maine.
