Karen Haase

Karen Haase brings experience as both a business owner and a real estate investor to her work with buyers and sellers in Southern Maine. Before focusing on residential real estate, she and her husband invested in apartment buildings, condominium projects, and custom-built homes throughout the region — experience that gives her a practical understanding of what buyers are looking at and what sellers need to know. She works with Bean Group through eXp Realty, serving the Greater Portland area and surrounding communities where she has lived and owned property over the years, including South Portland, Portland, Westbrook, Scarborough, and Old Orchard Beach.
