Linda Valentino

Linda Valentino has been a real estate broker over 45 years. At 20 years old, Linda formed her own real estate company, learning the industry through new home construction, development, and real estate sales. She is President and Owner of Valentino Development and now serves buyers and sellers as part of the Scamman/Valentino Team at Bean Group in Saco, working alongside her daughter, Kate Scamman. Before returning full-time to real estate, Linda spent more than a decade in public service. She served in the Maine State Senate representing District 31 from 2012 to 2016, and four terms in the Maine House of Representatives from 2004 to 2012. Earlier, she served three terms on the Saco City Council from 1979 to 1985, including time as Deputy Mayor. That background gives her a different lens on development, zoning, municipal process, and the concerns people bring to a real estate transaction. Linda works with buyers and sellers across Southern Maine, from first-time buyers to families handling estate sales, long-term investors, and new construction builders. Her experience spans residential sales, land development, and property management, and she brings a practical understanding of how properties are built, approved, and brought to market. She is based in Saco and serves clients throughout York County and Southern Maine.
