Lynette Aucoin

Lynette Aucoin brings a background in marketing and property management to her real estate practice, serving buyers and sellers across New Hampshire and Maine. Before joining Bean Group, she spent years in marketing communications and strategic sourcing roles with firms including a community credit union and building product manufacturers. That experience in lakefront and tidal waterfront property management—over a decade of hands-on work—carries over into how she approaches residential and vacation home transactions today. Since 2017, Lynette has consistently earned Bean Group's Bronze Circle or Silver Circle Award, recognizing agents with annual sales between $3 million and $8 million. Her transactions span Strafford, Rockingham, and York counties. In 2022, she was named Realtor of the Year by the Strafford County Board of Realtors. She served for six years as a Director on that board and chaired its Education Committee for two of those years.
