Matthew Testa

Matthew Testa works as an Associate Broker and Marketing Director with Team Syrene at Bean Group, licensed to serve buyers and sellers in Maine and Vermont. A graduate of the University of Vermont's Grossman School of Business, where he studied Marketing and Entrepreneurship, he began his real estate career in Maine before expanding into Vermont, where he has built a network across both states. With a background in hospitality and property management, Matthew brings experience in both residential sales and rental property management to his practice. He manages a portfolio of properties across Southern Maine and works with buyers, sellers, and investors navigating transactions in two distinct markets with very different rhythms and buyer profiles. Matthew serves clients looking for primary residences, second homes, and investment properties throughout Maine and Vermont. Whether working with a buyer searching the Southern Maine coast or a seller in a Vermont mountain town, he draws on his understanding of the real estate opportunities and lifestyle both states offer. He splits his time between the Seacoast of Southern Maine and Northern Vermont, including the Stowe area. In addition to his real estate work, Matthew serves as a Snow Reporter for Stowe Mountain Resort.
