Lawrence Hussey

Lawrence Hussey has been helping buyers and sellers navigate New Hampshire real estate since 2002. He earned his real estate salesperson license and began his career at The DeWolfe Company in Dover before the company became Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. He earned his broker license in New Hampshire in 2006 and joined Bean Group's Portsmouth office in 2011, where he now works as part of Bean Group's platform at eXp Realty. Before entering real estate, Larry spent 23 years in information technology with Liberty Mutual Group, holding positions from programmer to senior software engineer. During that time, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with Honors from Franklin Pierce University and a Master of Science degree in Systems Management, Cum Laude, from the University of Southern California. That technical background informs how he approaches transactions today — methodical, detail-oriented, and focused on solving problems before they become obstacles. Larry works with first-time buyers, experienced sellers, new construction clients, and 1031 exchange investors throughout the New Hampshire Seacoast. He has served on the Strafford County Board of REALTORS, including work on ethics and professional standards committees. His goal in every transaction is to guide clients through the process one step at a time, with patience and skill, whether they're buying their first home or managing a complex investment sale. He is based in Portsmouth and has lived in the greater Seacoast region of New Hampshire since 1978.
