Lee Ann Parks

Lee Ann Parks has been helping buyers and sellers in the New Hampshire Seacoast and southern Maine since 2005. She began her career by opening a boutique RE/MAX office in Durham, where she worked with clients across the region for more than seven years before joining Keller Williams Coastal Realty and eventually Bean Group. Licensed as a broker in both New Hampshire and Maine, Lee Ann holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New Hampshire Association of Realtors, and the Strafford County Board of Realtors. In 2021, she served as President of the Strafford County Board of Realtors and was named Realtor of the Year. She has achieved Bean Group's Platinum Circle status multiple years running, including recognition among the brokerage's top individual producers in 2021 with $19.8 million in closed volume across 47 transactions. Lee Ann works with a wide range of clients — first-time buyers, sellers, investors, and developers — and has handled transactions across residential and commercial real estate, including land acquisition for student housing projects. She has built her practice on market knowledge, clear communication, and understanding what each transaction means to the people in it. She is based in Dover, where she has lived for more than 45 years, and serves buyers and sellers throughout the New Hampshire Seacoast, the Greater Dover area, and southern Maine.
